In honor of back-to-school shopping, MKAshley is giving away a really cute reference set! Included in the set is a Webster’s Dictionary, a Thesaurus, and a Spanish/English Dictionary, courtesy of Federal Street Press. They’re fun and portable, making them easy to fit into your locker or backpack.

I am a firm believer in education. I am obtaining my degree at fifty three.I hope that once the girls get their lives together they will decide to go back and get their degrees. It is never to late to get an education. Good luck.

yea, when you’re that rich, just spend it on furtherig your knowledge, it’s the one of the best things to spend it on. it’d be nice to go to school for fun, not worrying about whether you’re wasting money on a course you probably won’t end up liking.

I think that they shouldn’t go back seeing as they don’t really need to. I mean, they are both obviously very capable business women and are so successful doing what they do now and working hard to obtain what they have.
They could, of course, have a secret passion for something that they are burning to pursue and in that case, they should by all means follow their passion. I gather from what I know about them that their passions are what they’re doing - acting, fashion and business, and they’ve managed to do these all perfectly successfully without college so why should they need to go? College isn’t for everyone!

i think education is way more important then $$ ………………….but then again Mary-kate and Ashley are “mary-kate and ashley” i mean for them to go to college is hard…i think if people left them alone for once they would probly go back.

although school is always important, im sure it was hard going to school every single day, with everyone in the class knowing all of your personal bussiness and practically watching you grow up. they both have lots of talent, and with all the money they have made over their lifetime, i think they dont need to go back. but they should if they want too!

i think they should go back to beauty/design school they have already shown that they have creative styles and designs but I think going back to college could take them a step higher in their skill levels and also broaden their view on their ideas!!!

I think Ashley should, she knows the value of knowledge and education. Mary-Kate should consider it later down the line, she’s (like me) a little too creative to fit into that sort of system. Writing papers dont make her happy =)

I believe if you have that type of money you should use it to get more education. I personally go to MSU in MI, and wish I had that sort of money so I could pursue 10 degrees if I wanted.

I don’t think they really need to. I’ve always thought of college is just being something you need to get a good job, and they have an excellent job. I mean, if there’s something else they’d want to pursue that would require a college education, then of course, but otherwise I don’t see it as being a necessity.
