The Olsens are “Overexposed”

Yesterday, Forbes released a list of the 15 most “overexposed” celebrities. The actual formula for how they calculated it is a secret, but it’s largely based on public perception.

Mary-Kate Olsen clocked in as the sixth most overexposed celebrity. Her “overexposure score” was 44%. Her battles with anorexia, dropping out of NYC, the recent death of pal Heath Ledger, and her seemingly endless partying is what puts her up so high.

Ashley Olsen is a little less-exposed than her sister, coming in at 13, with a score of 37%. Her preference for older men, recent tryst with Lance Armstrong and her constant work on the girls’s fashion lines is what puts her on the list.

Honestly, the list looks a bit wonky to me. The top spots went to Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan–understandable–but tabloid faves like Angelina and Brad and the Beckhams weren’t on the list. But Donald Trump is! Weird!
