The Latest on the Heath Ledger/Olsen Connection

So the story I posted last night was only partly right. The NY Times appears to have the most complete timeline to date.
The masseuse, Diana Wolozin, had an scheduled appointment with Heath Ledger. Mary-Kate Olsen is also a client. When Ms. Wolozin arrived for the appointment, Heath was lying face down on his bed. After shaking him and not receiving a response, she called Mary-Kate, who is in los Angeles. Mary-Kate and Heath are friends and Ms. Wolozin was trying to make sense of the situation before acting further.
Mary-Kate then said she would get Ashley’s private security to come investigate. The masseuse once again tried to wake Heath, called Mary-Kate a second time to tell her she was going to call 911. Ms. Wolozin then called 911.
The security guards called by MK arrived at the same time as the medical team. They stayed out of the way and were fully co-operative with the medical team and with the police.
A lot of people are giving the masseuse some flack in the media for not calling 911 first. While calling Mary-Kate shouldn’t have been her first move, I can only imagine how disoriented and panicked she must have been and took the course of action she felt was best at the time.
The cause of Heath’s death is still unknown.
My thoughts are prayers are with Heath’s family and friends.
i think her reaction was natural, poor woman. no one is expecting to find someone dead.

If it was because of drugs or if she thought it was possibly related to drugs, then she was protecting her client. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s what any good business person would do. She did the right thing.

i have a ton of friends that do LOTS of drugs, and i don’t touch that stuff. im a law student.. this proves nothing… except that the woman freaked out.
it’s obvious that this woman freaked out,I mean she saw a dead man. And btw I’m sick of the comments like: mk and ash do drugs. If you are not a fan of the girls then why do you visit their fansite???
i agree!! we have no proof what so ever that they have ever done drugs!! i have said it before and i will say it again, they could not have been this ambitious and success full if they had been doing drugs!! seriously, can u stop and think about that for a sec?? is amy winehouse talented, YES, is she now capable of doing anything about that talent, NO, why? yes exatly dont u think we would have noticed on their behavior and/or apperiance????
What happened here does not prove that the girls are into drugs. Heath, just like the girls, is his own person and what they do with their bodies is up to them and no one else. I feel bad for his parents because it was said last night on Entertainment Tonight that his parents learned of their boy by listening to the radio. Apparently no one had bothered to call them.

i find this whole heath ledger death very sad and to make accusations that it is illegal drug related is rude and inappropriate. Someone lost their life REGARDLESS of all people should be more senstive to their families and be respectful and not say stuff like “THIS PROVES THE OLSENS DO DRUGS?” okay…. they never even found DRUGS in HEATHS apartment. the only thing that was found was the SLEEPING pills that he is PRESCRIBED!. i wish people had class like the old days, because now days the lack of class people have is absolutely disgusting.

It all seems a bit strange…one scenario is that Olsen (who has had her problems with drugs lets not forget) may have sent her minders in to clean the place up (removing links to her supplying?). Why else would she be linked with Ledger? He is a working actor she is a has-been never was actress, I don’t see the connection.
^^^ I have seen it said that who Mary-Kate sent over there never had an opportunity to “clean up” without getting caught. As for how you describe Mary-Kate at the end of your message, she and Ashley have been actresses ever since they were nine months old and they aren’t done yet.

have any of you ever heard the term “obstruction of justice”? not only is it wrong, and illegal, this is a good way to wind up a suspect in a wrongful death investigation.
as a good friend of mary kate olsen, she is not doing drugs nor has….drop it.
