Mary-Kate Olsen and her boyfriend artist Nate Lowman were spotted at Barbuto in downtown New York City on August 23. MK and Nate looked very happy and were openly affectionate with each other, openly kissing and smiling!

Both were wearing plaid again!

OKay, stalked might be a bit too strong a word. But according to E! Online, Mary-Kate Olsen attended The Bruges premiere to see Colin Farrell and attended a u2 party on January 20 to see him again!

The video below is of Mary-Kate at the u2 party. She doesn’t stay very long and sources say it was because Colin had left before she arrived.

The great thing about film festival premieres is that lots of interesting and personal stories get revealed about the making of the films!

Page Six heard a story about how a prodction assistant on the set of “The Wackness” had a pretty big crush on Mary-Kate Olsen.

“He would do anything for her, get her tons of coffee, pay special attention to her, tell her stories, stare at her,” a crew member revealed during a party for another film, The Zone. “Eventually someone turned to him and said, ‘No one cares what you think.’ He was much better after that!

This source also claimed that Mary-Kate “does have a thing going with one of [The Wackness] producers. They have a date to make out.”

I’ll admit, the second story makes me question the credibility of both!

W Magazine is reporting that Mary-Kate Olsen was spotted making out with NYU graduate and artist Nate Lowman. According to their source, the two spent Saturday night at the Beatrice Inn “making out on a banquette.”

Nate is 28 years old and is currently showcasing his exhibit “Unmonumental” at the New Museum in NYC. W is claiming its not the first time these two have gotten together.

Mary-Kate Olsen only recently started dating NHL player Sean Avery, but the relationship already looks like its in trouble.

According to the NY Post, Sean has been seeing his ex-girlfriend Lake Bell behind MK’s back.

Everyone’s been telling me this guy is a jerk, and it looks like its true.

The NY Post also says that after Sean and Elisha Cuthbert broke up, he went around and told everyone he dumper her–and not the other way around (which is what supposedly happened).

I just hope that Mary-Kate stays smart and takes care of herself.

Finally, some news! The girls have been in Paris for about a week, and there hasn’t been much buzz about it. However, the NY Post’s Page Six spotted Mary-Kate Olsen enjoying the Paris nightlife.

They write:

MARY-Kate Olsen was spotted last week locking lips and legs with a “scruffy” guy at a dinner at Club Le Baron in Paris for Greenhouse, the first-ever green nightclub made from recycled materials that’s to open here on Tenth Avenue in December. The tall fellow pushed the pint-sized twin up against the wall and furiously made out with her to applause from the crowd. Olsen and her man even got a standing ovation from her table when she wrapped her legs around the guy.

I wonder who the mystery fellow is!
