In honor of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s 22nd birthday yesterday, InStyle.com has put together a great “transformation” slideshow that looks back at the girls’ style evolution.
The girls have really grown up a lot in the past twenty-two years. It’s always fun to look back to when they wore matching outfits and when they were making their straight-to-DVD movies. I really feel like I grew up with MK and Ashley, and I bet a lot of girls do too.

Ashley Olsen was In Style’s ‘Look of the Day’ for August 5th, for the outfit she wore when she and Mary-Kate went shopping at Maxfields.
In Style writes:
When an Olsen shops, she does it in style! The young star wore a chic scarf over a white T-shirt with black skinny jeans and mile-high Azzedine Alaia sandals during a Beverly Hills excursion with her sister, Mary-Kate.
She does look fabulous!

Mary-Kate Olsen and that fantastic blue dress she wore to the Showtime TCAs were chosen as In Style’s “Look of the Day.” No wonder! Mary-Kate looks smashing.
They write:
Olsen was striking in a royal blue minidress and snakeskin belt at Showtime’s fall lineup presentation in Beverly Hills. The pint-sized actress has a role on the third season of Weeds.
They also offer up places you can buy a knock-off version of this yummy outfit.
Mary-Kate Named In Style’s “Look of the Day”

Mary-Kate Olsen was named June 10th’s “Look of the Day” for In Style. They loved her floor length Holly Harp design she wore with a Balenciaga belt and a Miu Miu bag when she and Ashley hosted the Council of Fashion Designers of America pre-awards dinner last weekend.
Mary-Kate looked fantastic at the event. In Style definitely made the right choice!
