Ashley Olsen has been busy lately. She has a spread in the latest issue of VMAN magazine and has been hard at work promoting the Elizabeth & James Fall 2009 collection and the upcoming menswear line for both Elizabeth & James and the Row. She did have time, though, to stop by Marie Claire and get her haircut. Thankfully, PopSugar was given a preview of the photos, which Ashley snapped on her cell phone!

It’s great to see Ashley out and about and showing off her personality. She hasn’t been much of a “celebrity” lately and has been doing her best to stay out of the limelight. The photos and accompanying article will be in the June 2009 issue of Marie Claire. I can’t wait!

Ashley Olsen and her boyfriend, Justing Bartha, attended the 8th annual Harry Josh’s Spring Fling bash at the Gramercy Park Hotel in Manhattan on May 2nd. Harry Josh is a celebrity stylist and the star-studded bash was sponsored by Sveda.

Other attendees included Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady, Sarah Paulson, Cherry Jones, Lorenzo Martone, Marc Jacobs, Goldie Hawn, Liv Tyler and Kate Hudson.

Ashley looks cute in a pair of cords, her current favorite flats, and a black top, sweater, bag and hat. Ashley hid her face as she dashed from the party to her car. She was hoping to avoid the paparazzi and did a pretty good job, as there are very few pictures of her!

Ashley Olsen was wearing a long black jacket, flip flops and jeans and a t-shirt as she made a quick trip to Starbucks in New York City on Thursday.

Ashley was carrying a red chiller and her bodyguard had a tray of even more drinks.

It looks like she’s on her way to a meeting or something. How hilarious would it be if Ashley did her own coffee runs?

Ashley Olsen was spotted in New York City on August 6. She look cool and casual in white jeans, a fitted grey top and sunglasses. She was wearing the same yellow sunglasses from the other day and carrying a book and two giant bags. She must have been off to work or a meeting or something.

I’m glad to see that she’s getting back to true Ashley-style.

Ashley Olsen stepped out last night with boyfriend Justin Bartha to see a screening of Trumbo in Tribeca. The couple arrived at the event and walked the red carpet seperately, but several paparazzi caught the two of them leaving the back entrance together. You can see those pictures at Pop Sugar.

Trumbo is a documentary about screenwriter Dalton Trumbo and his extraordinary life. It looks like an interesting film. I hope Ashley enjoyed it!

I think Ashley looked classic and tasteful last night, in what is very much becoming her style of the moment.

Ashley Olsen looked stunning as she arrived at the CFDA Awards in a men’s style tuxedo from the Resort 2009 Chanel collection. It’s definitely a brave fashion choice, but a sweet one. Yves Saint Laurent passed away this week, and Ash is clearly paying homage to his Le Smoking Suit.

Ashley spent most of the evening with one of her fashion inspirations, Lauren Hutton. Lauren Hutton was the model for the Spring 2008 The Row Look Book and did a photo spread with Mary-Kate for her Harper’s Bazaar cover.

Mary-Kate didn’t attend the event. All the tabloids have been reporting she’s been having a rough time lately. While I tend to take those reports with a grain of salt, I do hope she’s okay and it’s just other commitments that kept her away.

Ashley Olsen looked simply radiant as she left the CFDA dinner in NYC last night. She seems so healthy and happy lately, it’s wonderful to see!

The CFDA Awards are tonight and both Ashley and Mary-Kate are expected to attend. No word on why MK wasn’t at the dinner last night with Ashley, but she must be busy with other people and/or projects! Between launching a new jewelry line, promoting The Wackness and promoting their book, these girls are insanely busy!

On Monday, Ashley Olsen attended a screening of the documentary Everything at Once in NYC. She wore a simple scoop neck tee and black skirt and looked like she was enjoying herself! She often smiled freely for the camera and posed with several other people on the carpet outside.

On April 3rd, Ashley Olsen flashed a big smile while getting out of her car in Los Angeles on Thursday. Once she noticed the photographers, however, her smile instantly went away and she quickly bolted.

In the pictures, she’s wearing a beat-up leather jacket that I think is very Mary-Kate. What do you think?

On April 4th, Ashley headed to the hairdresser in Beverly Hills. She was dressed casually cool and her hair looks great all blown out.
