Fred Segal, the celebrity fashion mecca in Los Angeles, is getting it’s own reality show on Bravo. The currently unnamed show will document the daily operations of the department store’s Santa Monica location.

Why this show is getting so much buzz is that a major focal point will be with how the store - which attracts loads of celebrities - deals with their high profile customers. And those customers include our favorite fashionistas Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen!

“Fred Segal is a legendary retail haven synonymous with high fashion and style, and the fashionistas who work, shop and gossip at the store promise to have arresting, entertaining, colorful personalities and lives” Bravo said.

I’m really excited for this show. However, the possibility of its highest profile customers (like MK and Ashley) actually appearing on the show are slim to none.

I remember when The Rachel Zoe Project premiered and was really excited to see her work with some A-list stars. A few made the single, obligatory appearance, but only Joy Bryant really let the show examine the styling process and the stylist/star relationship.

My guess for this Fred Segal show? Lots of reality stars and B- and C-list who need buzz. No Young Hollywood, not Paris, Nicole or Lindsay, and especially not the notoriously private Olsens.

The NY Post spotted Ashley Olsen on another date with Justin Bartha.

Before Ash returned to Los Angeles for BookExpo America, the couple attended a birthday party for Ashley and Mary-Kate’s publicist, Nicole Caruso.

“They arrived arm-in-arm and were inseparable,” a source told the paper.

However, the couple didn’t stay long. They sung “Happy Birthday” to Nicole, wished her the best and quietly slipped out of the party.

Despite recent rumors that Ashley Olsen is dating National Treasure star Justin Bartha, Hollyscoop is reporting that Ash was getting cozy with Sex and the City star Jason Lewis. Apparently, the two were getting cozy at the premiere on Tuesday night.

Hollyscoop is the only news source reporting this so I have a hard time believing it. What about you?

The NY Post spotted Ashley Olsen on what appeared to be a date with National Treasure actor Justin Bartha. The two had dinner at Patsy’s restaurant on Saturday.

“It looked like they were on a date,” said the Post’s source, who added the two held hands and Justin was spotted touching Ashley’s hair. The couple stayed for about an hour, and as they left, Justin held the door for Ash.

It sounds like he’s a sweet guy who respects women. What do you think? you Ashley and Justin make a good couple?

I’d like to believe this rumor too, but E! Online is right–Ashley Olsen has loads of money. But still, it’s a super nice thought.

What am I talking about? Well, it’s been reported that Ash is crashing on pal and stylist Estee Stanley’s couch while her new Hancock Park home is being renovated.

What do you think? Is Ash down-to-earth enough to live in a friend’s living room for a few weeks? Or is this just a silly rumor?

Janet Charlton must have had a slow newsday–she’s making a big deal over a claim that Ashley Olsen doesn’t tip on takeout.

She writes:

Ashley Olsen “the healthier looking twin” might be a whiz at negotiating business deals but she has a thing or two to learn about tipping. It seems she has become a frequent customer at Terroni, the hot new restaurant on Beverly. Her favorite dish is the eggplant pasta. Ashley often picks up large takeout orders - over a hundred dollars worth - and, according to our source, she NEVER tips! Does this girl who carries $10,000 handbags think takeout means no tip? Even WE know better than that!

Most of the commenters on this post think Janet is whack. I only tip on takeout when I have random change or the person was super nice or friendly. I didn’t think it was required.

I know Star Magazine is super gossipy, but Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are usually out of them, save a romance rumor and fashion feature. However, this week’s issue of Star promises to tell us why Ash can’t stand Mary-Kate, among other secrets.

I’m going to find or make scans of this article, just because I really want to read it! Not that any of it is true, but it’ll be interesting to see what “secrets” Star reveals.

Remember that photo set I posted a while back of Ashley Olsen checking out a giant mansion that wasn’t her new Hancock Park home?

Well, the site of little Ashley checking out the ginormous mansion confused me too! Lucking, the Real Estalker did some digging and solved the mystery for us!

They explain:

Mighty Mouse in Malee-boo told Your Mama that he’s heard, but can not confirm, that the place was going to be used as a corporate retreat and given it’s multi acre parcel with hundreds of feet of beach frontage, the property would likely be valued in the $80,000,000 range. So while the usage of the property seems to be in question, what is not, at least according to current and accurate property records, is that mega-moneyed mini mogulette Ashley Olsen has not purchased this house.

So Ash was checking the house out as a possible investment!

US Magazine is reporting that Ashley Olsen might be rekindling her 2005 romance with Jared Leto.

A source spotted them holding hands at the Art of Elysium event on January 12.

“They looked like a couple and they were making out,” the source says.

However, another source denies this rumor. “They aren’t back together,” the second source claimed. “They’re friends.”

The issue hits newsstands this week and will have more details. Jared is yet another older man for Ash–he’s 36!
