Mary-Kate Olsen Calls Heath’s Death Tragic
Mary-Kate Olsen has finally spoken out about the sad and untimely death of her friend Heath Ledger.
“Heath was a friend. His death is a tragic loss. My thoughts are with his family during this very difficult time,” MK said in a statement to People.
Mary-Kate is now in New York City with sister Ashley. The claim that the police were planning to interview her are false.
“Absolutely at no time are we going to be interviewing her,” New York police Det. Joseph Cavitolo said. “We never had any plans to interview her. At this point we are just waiting for the Medical Examiner’s report.”
While the cause of Ledger’s death is still inconclusive, it was determined that since no foul play was involved, there is no need to interview Mary-Kate.
“There’s no crime for calling Mary-Kate first,” Cavitolo said. “There’s no crime for not calling 911 initially.”
Hopefully the cause of death will be determined soon.
“We have to do further testing including toxicology and tissue testing,” New York City Medical Examiner spokeswoman Ellen Borakove said. “Neither cause of death or manner of death has been concluded. We expect additional results in 10 days to two weeks.”

MK’s attorny threatens NY Post
If you have seen the front page of NY post it had her fullsized pic and story that NYPD were going to question her - an internet site critized them for hounding her (it wasnt her fault someone phoned her!) basically - they then said that just after Heath died they started receiving threats from her attornys. I have seen on other sites (olsen twins news - they closed down for a while) were threatened when photos of 21st appeared on their site. but its funny they don’t threaten sites that talk about her coke habit! or Star or Nat Enq?

Following our post this morning about how the Post’s story on Mary-Kate Olsen being questioned by police turned out to be wrong, we just received this statement from Post editor-in-chief Col Allan, via e-mail:
We confirmed this story last night with an impeccable source inside the NYPD and we stand by our reporting. Almost immediately after the tragic passing of Mr. Ledger, Ms. Olsen’s attorneys began emailing us threatening letters. As has been well reported, there were a number of calls to Ms. Olsen from the masseuse before the NYPD arrived on the scene. We would find it strange if Ms. Olsen were not questioned at all. The New York Post will not be pressured and we find it odd that the chiefs at the NYPD appear to be terrified of 4-foot-11 inch, 90-pound Mary Kate Olsen.

Dear Maty-Kate and Ashey when I was yonger I thought you to as rolemodes. That has changed becouse of the choses that you made. I know that I can not tell you what to do. You to could whach the moves that you made when you where yonger. Maybe you get advice from the moves so that you might make better choses.

^^^ Mary-Kate and Ashley can still be your role models no matter what they are doing. Through every move that they make, they set an example, but how you look at what they do is up to you. Everyone in the world is going to make both good and bad moves at certain points in their lives. All that you have to do is decide what is good and bad in your opinion of all that you believe that the girls are doing. Then you will know how to be just like the girls in the way that you want to be.
One thing to keep in mind is that what you see in the magazines about the girls and what you hear about them may not always be what they are really up to. Rumors are started by people who must not have anything better to do with their time.
If the girls are going down a bad road in any way, I pray so hard that they find their way back. That right there is what a true fan of someone does. You are there for that person or people during their good times and their bad times too because bad times is when they are going to need you the most. Letting them know that you are still there for them may do more good than you think it will.
