Mary-Kate Olsen 3rd Worst Dressed 2007

Mr. Blackwell has released his list of the worst-dressed ladies in Hollywood in 2007. While Victoria Beckham topped the list, Mary-Kate Olsen cam in third!
“YIKES! In layers of cut-rate kitsch, Mary Kate’s look is hard to explain,” Blackwell wrote in a press release today, “she resembles a tattered toothpick-trapped in a hurricane!”
“This past year stands out as one of the most disastrous fashion years in recent memory-as well as being a particularly eye-popping moment in Tinsel-Town where several worst-dressed repeat offenders suffered collective meltdowns.”
“From pop Princesses to movie stars to “It” girls on their way “Out,” this catastrophic crop of couture clowns are truly tragic in the design department. Let it be said, however, that my criticisms are based purely on their fashion flaws-I’m sure they’re all wonderful people beneath the deluge of dreck they drape themselves in.”
I guess Blackwell isn’t one for originality! The girls who topped his best dressed list this year–Angelina Jolie, Reese Witherspoon, and Katie Holmes–are gorgeous, fashionable women, but are short on that personal style and pizzazz MK has!Other worst dressed winners included Amy Winehouse, Kelly Clarkson, Jessica Simpson and Avril Lavigne.
I find that list SO unfair – i can’t believe mk is there & britney spears isn’t. i mean, she dresses so much worse. and the best dressed are regular dressers, nothing original.
if it was me (lol), it would be something like:

- mk
- camila belle
- kate hudson
- ashley olsen
- rachel bilson
worst dressed:
- britney spears
- amy winehouse
- hayden panettiere (she looks like she’s 40 yrs old, sorry)
- christina aguillera (way too much make-up)
- cory kennedy

I saw the video. But I think MK is losing style… I loved her style more before, the time she had that darkbrown short hair…
john galliano has admitted olsen twins to influence his work. the fashion sites i frequent and the fashion magazines i purchase worship their style. having the self esteem to pull off these outfits and the creativity to put them together makes them outstanding
Mr.Blackwell has the right to express his opinion, but to my mind Mary-Kate should be on the top of the best-dressed.Her sense of style is so unique and it’s getting better and better!!! I don’t understand why celebrities surrounded by too many stylists are considered to be the best-dressed. It’s not their own style and apart from that it’s a boring one.
btw lili i think that britney should top the worst-dressed list too,her outfits are awful
*yawn. the winners are so boring-ly perfect. but i agree with you Josefine, MK doesn’t amaze me anymore with how she dresses. it’s always the same grungy look. i think her peak was during 2004-2005. now she’s just falling flat. she still looks great but she doesn’t really give me anything to look forward to anymore. same with ashley. whenever i see *NEW Ashley picture, i think to myself, “let me guess…black?”
anyway, that’s mr. blackwell’s opinion. it’s a bit credible because jessica simpson’s in it. for best dressed i definitely choose agyness deyn, final answer. and kirsten dunst almost always looks nice. but MK didn’t deserved to be on the list. definitely not.
At least Mary-Kate and Ashley actually wear clothes in my opinion. Its most everyone else that hardly wears anything because they think that they have to show everything that they think that they have and if our girls have ever dressed like that, it hasn’t been as much as everyone else who has.
