Look for Less: Mary-Kate Olsen at Tribeca Party

Mary-Kate Olsen went for a casual, understated look at the Tribeca Film Festival cocktail party in Los Angeles on March 23rd, pairing a metallic trench with skinny jeans, her Stella McCartney mesh heels and a cute turquoise bag.

I had a really difficult time finding a similar coat, as the subtle metallic bronze is pretty rare! If anyone has a better suggestion, please let me know! Until then, this golden metallic coat (left) from Spiegel will have to do! Luckily, it’s currently on sale for $69.00.

MK’s mesh heels are hard to match. She’s wearing the Stella McCartney mesh sandals, which are pretty pricey at $995. Decent alternatives are the Joy Chen peep toe pump from Endless (middle, bottom), available for $175.00. A cheaper option are the Mennie mesh heels from Jildor, which are only $73.50.

Any skinny jeans will do, but my current favorite pair is the BDG Vintage Crackle Cigarette Jean (right, bottom) from Urban Outfitters. You can order them online for $54.00.

Mary-Kate’s bag is vintage, so I chose this Candie’s Slouch Tote (right, top) from Coles. The color is a great match and it’s big enough to fit in all your cocktail party goodies! The best part? It’s currently on sale for $46.20.

As for the cardigan, any black boyfriend cardigan will do. My favorite is the Kimchi Blue Shirtail Cardigan from Urban Outfitters (middle, top). Just remember to button it up and wear a cute cami underneath! This cardigan can be yours for $34.99.
