Ashley Olsen and Justin Bartha are enjoying a romantic vacation in Paris! They deserve it - Justin has been busy promoting his film The Hangover, which has been a surprise summer smash.

People.com spotted the twosome strolling the streets of Paris yesterday afternoon. They had their arms around each other and didn’t seem to notice the photographers. See the photo here.

I think they look a lot like Mary-Kate and Nate in that photo, don’t you? The messy layering, the sunglasses, the quirky bag, the plaid, the look doesn’t seem very Ashley. I’m glad she’s getting adventurous in her style, as I love seeing her try on new looks.

Ashley Olsen and her boyfriend Justin Bartha are enjoying a quiet getaway in Paris. A Perez Hilton reader caught up with them at Lavenu, where they were enjoying lunch. You can see the photos here.

Perez’s spy says that the twosome were “definitely nice celebrities” and allowed people to stop and chat and have a quick photo with the couple. Unfortunately, Ashley was smoking freely the entire meal and had four cigarettes before her appetizers even came.

While I’m always disappointed to see or hear about Mary-Kate or Ashley smoking, I’m glad to see Ashley has taken some time for herself. I hope she and Justin enjoy Paris!

Justin Barths did a brief interview with The UK’s Metro, about his new movie The Hangover. He talked about the audience for this film, what working on National Treasure was like and how he handles living in Hollywood.

There’s one question about what it’s like to have a famous girlfriend and if that makes the paparazzi attention worse. Here’s Justin’s answer:

It makes it worse. But my girlfriend is cut from the same cloth. She happens to have a sibling who gets more attention than she does so she gets it by association but she also doesn’t play into it. We’re working.

I think Justin is partly right - Mary-Kate is more famous right now and is more active in the Hollywood circuit. That being said, Ashley is pretty famous in her own right. She’s not doing anything that encourages attention right now, but her and MK’s journey to this point in their lives are fascinating. The fans who grew up with them still want to know what they’re up to.

But maybe I’m wrong. What do you think? Why is Ashley still famous, even though she hasn’t acted since New York Minute and barely attends red carpet events?

Mary-Kate Olsen made an appearance at the same red carpet event as Ashley last night - the premiere of The Hangover. The sisters walked the red carpet separately and both showed off their individual style and sunny smiles. Ashley’s boyfriend Justin Bartha stars in the film about a bachelor party gone wrong. Justin plays Doug, the grrom-to-be, who gets lost during the drunken escapades. The next morning, it becomes the groomsmen’s quest to find the lost man before his fiance finds out.

Mary-Kate looked great in a blazer, a TopShop dress, pink Lennon sunglasses and Prada heels. Her hair looks shiny and healthy and I love that both she and Ashley flashed big smiles for the camera. I hope they enjoyed the film!

MK has her own film project in the works now, the independent movie Meskada filming starts in New York in a few days. I’m really excited to see Mary-Kate back on the big screen. Hopefully we’ll hear of more 2009 projects soon!

Ashley Olsen looked crisp, clean and stunning at the premiere of The Hangover last night atHollywood’s Grauman’s Theatre. Ashley made the rare red carpet appearance to support her boyfriend, Justin Bartha, who stars in the film. Ashley didn’t want to steal Justin’s thunder though, so they walked the red carpet separately.

I don’t think anyone in Hollywood does minimalism as well as Ashley is right now. She pairs a simple Calvin Klein dress with snakeskin sandals and no accessories (except her glowing skin and a smile!) and looks fabulous. She’s also debuting the hair cut she got while she texted Marie Claire. I like the shorter ‘do. Do you?

The Hangover is about a bachelor party in Los Vegas gone horribly awry -so awry that the groomsmen lose the groom-to-be. Hilarty ensues. The Hangover has opened to very positive reviews and I’ll admit I’m excited to see it. Justin plays Doug, the missing groom, so who knows how much screen time he’ll get. Regardless, it should be fun. Justin was adorable in the National Treasure films.

After attending the Costume Institute Gala this Monday night, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen hit the after-party at Bungalow 8, one of their favorite New York City nightspots. Ashley’s boyfriend Justin Bartha joined the girls there too.

Ashley and Justin didn’t change from their Gala wear. I hope Ash took good care of her pristine white dress! Can you imagine going to a nightclub wearing that? I sure can’t!

Mary-Kate changed out of her vintage LaCroix dress. I don’t blame her. While the dress was beautiful, I’m sure it’s not the best thing to be wearing for a fun night out!

MK and Ashley have both been spotted out and about in NYC this week. I don’t have access to them, but you can see MK running errands in Soho here and Ashley hitting the gym near her apartment here.

Ashley Olsen looked positively regal at last night’s Costume Institute Gala. She stepped out in a long white dress that was very demure in the front, but had a sexy and dramatic back. Ashley walked the red carpet with her boyfriend Justin Bartha, who cleaned up nicely in a tuxedo!

This year’s theme was “The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion”, which celebrated the Metropolitan Museum of Art exhibit of the same name. The exhibit celebrates the role of the model in fashion, as a model, a muse and more.

Tons of stars came out to celebrate the event and the fashion was spectacular! Pop Sugar did a great job of covering nearly every starlet who stepped out last night, so if you want more coverage, be sure to check it out!

Ashley Olsen and her boyfriend, Justing Bartha, attended the 8th annual Harry Josh’s Spring Fling bash at the Gramercy Park Hotel in Manhattan on May 2nd. Harry Josh is a celebrity stylist and the star-studded bash was sponsored by Sveda.

Other attendees included Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady, Sarah Paulson, Cherry Jones, Lorenzo Martone, Marc Jacobs, Goldie Hawn, Liv Tyler and Kate Hudson.

Ashley looks cute in a pair of cords, her current favorite flats, and a black top, sweater, bag and hat. Ashley hid her face as she dashed from the party to her car. She was hoping to avoid the paparazzi and did a pretty good job, as there are very few pictures of her!

We’ve all been wondering where Ashley Olsen has been these past few weeks. Now we know, thanks to E! Online! According to Marc Malkin, their gossip guru, Ashley and her boyfriend, Justin Bartha, were on a flight from Monmouth to Los Angeles, coming home from a ski vacation.

I hope Ashley and Justin had a good time - and that this means we’ll see more of Ashley out and about the next few weeks!

Buzz Foto caught Ashley Olsen and Justin Bartha enjoying themselves on a date Thursday night. The pair quietly took in the Kings of Leon concert at Madison Square Garden. They did their best to slip out unnoticed through a back door, but photos were taken anyway.

Ashley did her best to gide her face while she walked to the waiting car. I like her cropped leather jacket, I think it’s the same one she wore quite a bit a few years back.

I love how Justin seems oblivious (or apathetic!) to the cameras. I can imagine it must be frustrating for him-a mildly successful actor for whom any paparazzi photo would be good publicity-to date someone who vehemently (but understandably!) hate them. At the same time, it’s possible he abhors them as much as Ashley does.

Regardless, he seems sweet and understanding and appears to treat Ashley well. I just hope appearances aren’t deceiving!
